Alfonso Pe\u00f1a Palafox, con estatuto general y reglamento interno aprobados, a partir de esa fecha se fusiona el escudo del Sindicato de Trabajadores de Asistencia P\u00fablica y del Sindicato de Trabajadores de Salubridad\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abEn los meses de enero y febrero de 1945 se llev\u00f3 a cabo las convenciones constituyentes y se crearon las primeras 52 Secciones en el Pa\u00eds, figurando Oaxaca, al cumplir hoy 15 de marzo el 78 aniversario de su creaci\u00f3n como miembro fundador de estas Secciones adheridas al Sindicato Nacional de Trabajadores de la Secretar\u00eda de Salubridad y Asistencia, siendo en esa \u00e9poca el primer secretario general de la secci\u00f3n 35, el C.D.
